You already made the image. A hand-painted portrait from it is the highest-value product you can offer a couple or a family, and the only one they cannot order from a lab themselves. What has kept most photographers from offering it is the production: finding a painter, managing the wait, and receiving a box with someone else’s name on it.
Our trade program is built for that gap. You send the file; we paint it, proof it to you, and ship it unbranded to you or to your client. Trade pricing applies from the first piece, so it works as an occasional upsell as well as a package item.
How photographers use this
Some add the painting to their top package and present it in the sales meeting with a sample on the studio wall. Others offer it after delivery, when the couple has chosen their favourite frame. Family and newborn photographers offer it as a grandparents’ gift.
In every case the process is the same: your file, our painting, your proof approval, and delivery in your name. Ask for the trade list and the sizes photographers most often order.

Send the file to a portrait studio and the couple receives a box with that studio's name on it. Your image, their branding, and next time the couple goes to them directly.

You know the couple's faces better than we do. Proof photos come to you first; you request adjustments or approve, and only then does the piece ship. Your judgement is the quality control.

FAQ for wedding & portrait photographers
Which photographs paint best?
Even light, sharp faces and a composition with some space around the subjects. Editorial and natural-light frames usually work better than heavily edited or backlit ones. We tell you which of a few candidates will paint best before you present it to the client.
Can you paint a couple with their dog from separate frames?
Yes. Combining subjects from different photographs is routine — the dog from the engagement session, the couple from the wedding — arranged and lit consistently. We send a sketch of the layout before painting.
Do you also paint newborn, family and senior portraits?
Yes. Any portrait photography converts: family sessions, children, grandparents, memorial pieces from archive photos. The same terms and proof step apply.
Who owns the painting's image rights?
The painting is made from your photograph under your licence and delivered to you or your client. We do not publish photographs of trade orders without your written permission, and your reference file is never shown by us anywhere.
Can the painting be delivered framed as part of a package?
Yes. Choose a frame and the piece ships crated and ready to hang to the address you give us. Unframed rolled delivery is also available for a lower shipping cost.
