Our own painters, no marketplace commission
The painters work in our studio. There is no platform between you and them taking a cut of every order.
Trade program
We offer trade pricing on hand-painted portraits with no minimum order. One piece qualifies, and so does a project. There are more than fifty painters in the studio, so a series for one interior, a set for a gallery or a standing monthly order is a scheduling question rather than a capacity one — and one painter still completes each piece from sketch to varnish. Every piece is photographed and approved by you before it ships, to you or straight to your client.
Policies
These terms apply to every trade account from the first order. The price list itself is sent on request — we keep prices off the site so your customers never see your cost.
Prices are set by size, number of subjects and detail level. We price by size, number of subjects, level of detail and medium — not by an artist's name.

Why we can do this
The painters work in our studio. There is no platform between you and them taking a cut of every order.
You're paying for the painting, not someone's ad budget. We grow through trade partners and word of mouth.
Paintings ship from the studio to you or to your customer. No showroom, no distributor, no retail markup built in.
Each shipment is quoted across our carrier network so you pay a competitive rate for that size and destination.
How pricing works: We price by size, number of subjects, level of detail and medium — not by an artist's name. A 16 × 20 in single-subject Painterly acrylic and a 30 × 40 in three-subject Hyperreal oil sit at opposite ends of the list; everything else falls in between. The list shows every combination, including charcoal, watercolour and pencil on paper.

Most studios price by size alone. We also price by how far the painting is taken — which lets you offer a decor-priced piece and an heirloom piece from the same studio. See the three levels side by side.
| Painterly | Refined | Hyperreal | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brushwork | Visible, expressive | Balanced | Nearly invisible |
| Facial detail | Likeness and character | Defined features | Pore-level detail |
| Best for | Decor, gifts, volume orders | Most commissions | Memorial, heirloom pieces |
| Painting time | Shortest | Medium | Longest |
Price is set by size, number of subjects, medium, and which level you choose.
Proof of hand
Every piece is completed by one painter from start to finish — no assembly line. Below: a close-up crop of a finished painting, and a painter at work. Every image on this site is a photograph of real hand-painted work.
How to start
Etsy shop, design studio, frame shop, photographer, memorial service or gallery — one short form.
Trade prices by size, subject count and detail level, plus sample terms, and how series and volume orders are quoted.
One piece at the sample rate so you can judge the work in your hands before you commit.
One piece or twenty, shipped to you or straight to your customer.
Yes. Our minimum order is one piece and trade pricing applies from that first piece. There is no volume tier to unlock — an Etsy seller ordering one portrait a month pays the same trade rate as a gallery ordering twenty.
Nothing we ship carries our name. No studio label on the canvas back, no branded packing slip, no marketing insert. If you send us your own card or certificate we include it in the box. Your customer sees only you.
Yes, worldwide. Give us the delivery address at order time and we ship blind from the studio. Tracking goes to you so you control what your customer sees. Customs paperwork shows the declared value you specify within legal limits.
Our own in-house painters, employed by the studio — not a marketplace of freelancers. We do not publish their names or faces; that is their choice and we respect it. Instead we show the work itself: process photos, timelapse video and raking-light images of the brushwork.
Raking-light photos of every piece show physical paint texture that no print has, the proof we send is photographed from the easel, and you can order a sample to hold in your hands. Our how-we-paint page shows a single painting through all eight stages.
It depends on size, number of subjects and detail level, so we confirm a timeframe on each order rather than promising a fixed number of days. Painting time is only part of it — proof approval, drying, varnishing and transit all add to the total. Ask us for the typical range on the piece you have in mind.
Per order, quoted before you confirm. Cost depends on size, whether the piece is framed or rolled, the destination and the carrier that is competitive that week. We compare 200+ channels on each shipment; we do not publish a flat rate because no honest flat rate exists.
That is what the digital proof is for: you and your customer approve the finished painting before it ships, and adjustments are made at that stage. Damage in transit is covered — photograph the crate and the piece on arrival and we repaint or repair. Custom pieces cannot be returned for change of mind after approval.
Sometimes. Exclusivity is possible for a defined territory or niche once there is an order history to base it on. Start with the standard trade terms, then raise it with us and we will discuss it honestly.
Yes — your first piece can be ordered at a discounted sample rate so you can judge the work before committing to more. The sample is a real commission from your own photo, painted, proofed and shipped exactly like any order.
