This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Here is everything we collect and why.

What we collect

• Inquiry forms: the fields you fill in — name, business name and type (trade), country, email, WhatsApp number if given, subject and size (private), your message, and your choices on the price list and portfolio opt-out checkboxes. The form also records which page it was sent from.
• Email and WhatsApp: the messages and photographs you send us to discuss or place an order.
• Reference photographs: the photographs you supply for a painting.
• Order details: quotes, invoices, delivery addresses and proof approvals.
• Site analytics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and records page views without identifying visitors.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, quote and paint your commission, send the digital proof, ship the painting and keep the records a business must keep. We do not sell or share your information for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.

Reference photographs

Your photographs are used only to paint your commission and to communicate with you about it. They are never published, shown in our portfolio or shared with anyone outside the studio. They are kept for 12 months after delivery in case you order a further painting from the same references, then deleted. Ask at any time and we delete them sooner.

How long we keep the rest

Inquiry messages that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order records, invoices and proof approvals are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires in Shenzhen, China.

Third-party services

• Web3Forms delivers the inquiry forms to our email. Your submission passes through their servers and is subject to their privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and, if enabled, provides cookie-free analytics.
• Carriers receive the delivery name, address and phone number needed to deliver the painting.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw the portfolio permission described in our image rights policy, at any time: hello@example.com.
